Our Staff

Our staff would love to work with you and your child!

Betty Alsip

Founder and CEO with years of working with adults and children with developmental disabilities. Betty has a passion for helping children to realize their potential. 


Educational background: Betty graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Sociology and obtained certification in nonprofit management. She obtained her Master of Arts in Human Development and Applied Behavior Analysis. 


Availability: Mornings and afternoons: Monday- Friday 8 AM-2 PM
