Enriched Childhood Learning and Behavior Therapy connects families of individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities to improve their quality of life by; teaching daily living skills, reducing challenging behaviors that interfere with learning, encouraging community engagement, and leveraging community resources.
Professionals assigned to an individual seeking service will assess behaviors and skill deficits through a series of assessments using evidence-based assessment tools, then evaluate the results to create an individualized treatment plan approved by the caregivers/parents.
Then the Behavior Analysts will work with the family and technicians to aid in implementing the treatment plan, collaborate with other professionals on the child's team, train caregivers/parents and other staff, monitor data, and modify the treatment plan along the way as needed.
